Role
Who you are
- 2–4 years of experience in consulting, startups, or within product teams
- Highly organized and proactive—you naturally bring order to complexity
- Confident communicator who can engage across all levels and keep teams aligned
- Motivated by impact and excited to work on both strategic and operational challenges
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback and holding others accountable with empathy
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to grow
- Experience working in Jira
- Background in healthcare, mental health, or telehealth environments a plus
- Project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, CPM or CSM are a plus
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and driven Project Manager to help keep our most important Product initiatives on track
- In this role, you’ll combine operational responsibility and project management to align product operations with our business objectives and strategic road map
- You’ll bring clarity to complex workstreams, track progress toward our goals, and ensure ongoing cross functional alignment
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across product, engineering, commercial and operational teams to keep initiatives on track and aligned to strategic goals
- Track OKRs and roadmaps, organize project plans, and manage timelines
- Proactively identify gaps or roadblocks and drive solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and impact
- Support documentation of product and operational requirements to ensure clarity across stakeholders
- Provide structure, accountability, and follow-through to ensure successful project completion
- Use project management tools to create visibility and drive progress
- Performs other related duties as assigned
