What the job involves

Reddit, Inc. seeks Senior Software Engineer, Machine Learning in New York, NY
Build end-to-end machine learning products for Ads Targeting such as User Lookalike Models, Keyword Targeting, User Interest Matching
Design metrics and mechanisms to understand and evaluate the performance of various Targeting products
Be involved in all phases of ML development such as ideation, offline modelling, online implementation, experimentation, deploy and post-launch monitoring/measurements
Collect and maintain quality of underlying data (experiment design and analysis, data deep dive), along with working on ETLs and data aggregations needed for training, testing and productionizing models
Serve as a thought-partner for product managers, engineers, leadership in shaping the monetization roadmap and strategy for Reddit by identifying opportunities through deep-dive analyses and/or modelling
Telecommuting is an option
