What the job involves

Elastic, the Search AI company, is seeking a dynamic Inside Channel Manager
This role will work as a cross-functional member of the Partner team to accelerate and optimize channel sales efforts
You will act as a bridge across teams, enabling smooth communication, driving operational efficiency, generating pipeline and empowering our channel partners to succeed
Enablement: Develop and deliver training programs, resources, and tools to support the channel and ensure partners are equipped to effectively sell Elastic solutions
Sales Plays: Enable delivery of strategic sales plays to channel partners to align with company priorities and spark pipeline generation and conversion rates
Operational Support: Manage operational tasks by collaborating with the channel operations team to streamline processes, track partner activities, and maintain accurate records
Cross-Team Liaison: Act as a communication bridge across internal teams (sales, operations, product marketing, etc) to ensure alignment and timely support for channel partners
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of channel sales activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvements
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners to drive culture changing results at Elastic
