What the job involves
- As a Lifecycle Marketing Associate at Solace, you'll be responsible for driving the day to day execution and performance of our lifecycle marketing for the healthcare experience of the future
- As a Lifecycle Marketing Associate at Solace, you will be responsible for developing and executing lifecycle marketing initiatives that drive positive customer perception, experience, and retention
- The Lifecycle Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting lifecycle marketing across Solace’s products
- You will report directly to our co-founder and Chief Product Officer
- Bring innovative marketing ideas—and bring them to life
- Be autonomous. You’ll take full ownership of your work, and you take responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way
- Rapidly produce and launch concepts while laughing in the face of potential failure
- Serve as the go-to liaison with cross-functional and creative partners. Define initiative-level roadmaps of supporting workstreams to ensure work delivers on goals and your deadlines are met
- Provide up-to-date visibility into current projects and ensure the right stakeholders and cross-functional team members are involved at the right time. You’ll document decisions and action items and follow up with owners on commitments
- Learn and become a guardian of the Solace brand and user expectations, upholding standards and best practices across every touchpoint
Our take
The US healthcare system is complex and difficult to navigate. This leaves many patients overwhelmed with paperwork and insurance claims, and struggling against limited provider availability.
Solace has set out to tackle this issue, by connecting patients with expert healthcare advocates. These professionals, including former doctors and nurses, offer support and guide patients through their healthcare challenges.
With substantial funding to its name, Solace is in a position to expand its services, grow its network of advocates, and enhance coverage across Medicaid and private insurance plans. Alongside a partnership with Medicare, Solace aims to make healthcare advocacy more accessible and continue empowering patients with expert support.
