Who you are
- Master’s student in Economics, Business, Marketing or Operations Management, ideally at the end of your studies (end-of-studies internship)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills both in French and English
- Advanced familiarity with the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail)
- Proven ability to take ownership of projects, work autonomously, and proactively drive initiatives from concept to delivery
- Resourceful, curious, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Detail-oriented, well-organized with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines, comfortable working cross-functionally, and building relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Positive, enthusiastic mindset and being excited to work within a music-oriented environment

What the job involves
- As a Sales Enablement Intern, you will play an important role within the commercial organisation, leading efforts to deliver added value to our sales team, our partners and their clients
- Your responsibilities will be to support the Sales Enablement team in identifying and deploying tools to improve the operational efficiency of the sales teams and therefore drive the growth of our existing partnerships and the signing of new deals
- Your primary focus areas will include project management, implementation of strategic company initiatives, internal and external partners communications, process improvement, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the development of new tools for the team
- This role has a start date in January 2026
- Sales Enablement Content & Tools
- Initiate, manage and update enablement materials such as QBR decks, pitch decks, playbooks, onboarding/training content — and contribute to the development of new assets and best practices
- Operations & Logistics
- Manage the goodies process (suppliers, stock, creative assets, deliveries), coordinate event ticket allocation, and ensure smooth execution of incentive programs
- Internal Communication & Knowledge Sharing
- Promote internal communication within the Partnerships division (e.g. maintaining the open-space screen), centralize sales documentation, and support meeting efficiency through structured notes and reports
- Onboarding & Training
- Help design and animate team onboarding days, and contribute to partner or training events (e.g. webinars, workshops)
- Strategic Support & Analysis
- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives such as the rollout of our brand identity. Run and analyze surveys and internal data to provide actionable recommendations

Deezer is a global music-streaming platform built to help people connect with the music they love. Listeners can explore millions of tracks, discover new artists, and enjoy features like Flow, curated playlists, and interactive tools such as Music Quiz and Shaker.
The company operates in a crowded market dominated by giants like SPotify and Apple Music, but it's leaning into personalisation to stand out. Its latest update lets users customise themes, colors, icons and layouts, and gives instant access to their favourite artists, playlists and podcasts through the new Quick Access feature. So, with this approach, it wants to make the app feel more personal in the hopes of appealing to listeners looking for something a bit more tailored.
AI-generated music is another major factor shaping Deezer's direction (and it's a complicated one). Around 50,000 fully AI tracks are uploaded daily, and while many users may be curious, most want them clearly labelled and worry about their impact on real artists. Deezer already detects and labels AI content and keeps it out of recommendations and fraudulent payouts. If it can continue to handle this transparently, AI could become a trust-building advantage rather than a threat for the company.
