• Law degree and active license to practice in a relevant jurisdiction
• 8+ years of experience, including both law firm and in-house roles (startup or tech company preferred)
• Demonstrate expertise across multiple legal areas, including [Commercial Contracts, Employment Law, Data Privacy, etc.]
• Proven ability to work independently and manage legal matters from strategy to execution
• Strong business acumen, excellent communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Fluent in English (native or near-native level). Additional languages are a plus
• Familiarity with public company readiness or M&A activity

• As the company's senior legal advisor, you will be responsible for setting and leading the legal strategy across all aspects of our business. This is a critical role that combines hands-on legal work with strategic counsel to executive leadership
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS, vendor, partnership, procurement, and NDAs, with a primary focus on U.S.-based contracts
• Serve as the lead on commercial legal matters for U.S. operations, ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state regulations
• Develop and maintain scalable contract templates, playbooks, and approval workflows to support the company’s business needs across jurisdictions
• Provide legal guidance on employment and labor law matters in Israel and the U.S., including hiring, performance management, terminations, compensation, employee classification, and workplace policies
• Advise on global employment issues in coordination with local counsel, ensuring alignment with local laws and company values
• Partner closely with the HR team to support employee relations, internal investigations, and workplace compliance initiatives across the organization
• Advise the Board and executive team on governance best practices
• Draft, review, and maintain corporate records and board resolutions
• Manage shareholder matters and company secretarial obligations
• Ensure the company complies with applicable laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions
• Oversee data privacy policies and regulatory risk assessments (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
• Manage IP strategy including trademarks, copyrights, patents, and licensing
• Coordinate with external counsel on IP registration and protection
• Identify legal risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
• Manage litigation, disputes, and relationships with outside counsel as needed
