Role
Who you are
- Experience: Over 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of achieving results through Google, Meta, and YouTube ads
- Analytical skills: Strong quantitative and analytical background, either academically or professionally
- Digital marketing tools: Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics, with experience in scaling campaigns
- A/B testing & optimization: Experienced in using A/B testing frameworks and optimizing campaigns for key performance metrics, including CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROAS
- Targeting & segmentation: Solid understanding of audience segmentation, remarketing, and personalized targeting
- Communication & collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across teams such as creative, product, and acquisition
What the job involves
- As the Performance Marketing Manager at Kittl, you will drive our paid acquisition efforts and work across multiple channels, including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and more
- Your role is to ensure a healthy CPA across all performance marketing activities while testing new ideas and scaling budgets
- You will collaborate with multiple teams to execute paid campaigns, optimize ad spend, and help drive measurable results in customer acquisition
- Your expertise in campaign optimization and scaling paid efforts globally will be critical to Kittl’s mission to become the leading collaborative graphic design software for professionals
- Lead and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Search, YouTube, and other relevant platforms to drive user acquisition and revenue growth
- Develop and execute strategies for paid media, including search, social, and display advertising, with clear performance objectives
- Optimize campaign performance through ongoing testing (A/B and multivariate) and data analysis, using key metrics such as CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
- Track and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for performance improvement across all marketing channels
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, video creatives, and landing pages tailored to each platform’s audience
- Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation across platforms and campaigns to maximize ROI
- Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to ensure Kittl is utilizing the most effective strategies in the paid media landscape

Our take
In order to meet their branding and marketing needs, businesses can either hire graphic designers at a cost to their budget or rely upon free templates they can edit to their uses. However, whilst these templates have allowed many lower-budget businesses to create a digital image, it has also made it difficult for them to appear unique online. Kittl supplies a design platform for companies to create effective and individual graphics online, easily, and without the need for design expertise.
Kittl was founded in 2020 to combat the “cookie cutter” digital image landscape brought about by the rise in templates. Its platform allows clients to make detailed and unique logos without design training; with tools including text shading and text decoration, libraries of images and ornaments, and much more. On top of this, the company provides tutorials and inspiration for customers to make the most of what it provides.
Early Kittl clients include the likes of Warner Bros, Netflix, and German publisher Hubert Burda Media. The company has secured significant funding, the latest of which is cited to help grow its team and develop better tools for its users to unlock their creativity, as it further establishes itself and attracts new customers.
