What the job involves
- As an early Sales Director, you'll work alongside the Head of Sales to bring PermitFlow to more general contractors, builders and developers who need help with their construction permitting
- Managing and leading an existing team of quota-carrying account executives
- Hiring top talent to join the team of high-performers
- Helping the team hit their revenue and sales performance metrics to ensure PermitFlow scales rapidly and efficiently
- Working alongside the marketing and sales development function to optimize pipeline generation
- Building and implementing coaching and training programs for the sales team
- Inspecting KPIs to ensure sales targets are met
- Ensuring accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasting
- Reviewing existing deals, projected forecasts and active pipelines
