Who you are
- Proven experience in enterprise implementation or project management within a technology or SaaS environment, preferably with multi-location rollouts
- Strong technical acumen, with experience in software configuration and setup
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of working effectively with diverse teams including IT, leadership, and clinical professionals
- Demonstrated ability to take extreme ownership of project deliverables, showing proactivity and accountability in managing customer relationships
What the job involves
- We are seeking an Enterprise Implementation Specialist to manage the implementation and rollout of Pearl AI’s largest domestic DSO customers
- This role will be pivotal in delivering seamless deployment and achieving the time-to-live targets, ensuring our clients are fully equipped to leverage Pearl’s software capabilities from day one
- Implementation and Technical Setup: Lead the technical setup and configuration of Pearl AI software, ensuring that each installation meets technical specifications and DSO standards
- Project Management: Own the project lifecycle with a focus on timely delivery, coordinating all phases from initial setup to go-live. Drive alignment on deadlines and objectives, ensuring customers achieve their time-to-live milestones
- Training and Enablement: Provide comprehensive training for all customer stakeholders, including DSO leadership, IT teams, and clinical staff, to promote software adoption and optimize usage
- Stakeholder Management: Establish strong relationships and maintain open communication channels with DSO leadership, IT departments, doctors, and Pearl AI's internal teams. Act as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation process
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Pearl AI’s internal teams, including Customer Success, Product, and Technical Support, to deliver a unified and coordinated implementation experience
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, track milestones, and report on progress to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity on project status at all times
- Customer Success Integration: Coordinate with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition post-implementation, setting the foundation for long-term customer success and satisfaction
