Who you are

You have 6+ years of professional experience in a similar position - a degree is welcome, but not required - but proven experience is
You have experience with the entire AI-based feature development
You are highly experienced with deep learning frameworks, e.g. Tensorflow 2.0, Pytorch
You are able to implement the latest DL models using existing API and open source libraries in a short time
You have a good understanding of common deep learning models for generation, object detection, and segmentation
Familiarity with agile software development process, CI/CD workflow, ticket management, code review, Git version control, etc
You are enthusiastic about developing production-ready solutions and open to trying new programming techniques and technologies
Your way of working is characterized by your analytical and solution-oriented mindset
You enjoy working in an agile team with daily scrum-based sprints and consider yourself a good team player
You are fluent in English. German is an advantage
For management responsibilities first people management experience is required

What the job involves

We are looking for an experienced and tech-savvy Deep Learning Engineer (m/f/d) AI or manager to actively contribute to actively collaborate with the Tech Team and help us find innovative solutions
As a Deep Learning Engineer, you will design generative AI Deep Learning algorithms, detectors, segmentation, and associated algorithms
With your profound experience in agile software development, you develop the design of software components and interfaces, implement and test them based on state-of-the-art software principles
You accompany the entire development process from the first prototypical version to the deployment in production
You work across teams to improve problem transparency and provide tangible solutions to problems
You reduce cycle times and improve ML Ops processes such as continuous integration and delivery
You accompany technical projects from the beginning of the conception to the implementation and operation. In doing so you cooperate with colleagues, partners, and customers
