What the job involves
- You are responsible for building strong relationships with customers and prospects in North America (Canada and US), connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and developing sales reports
- Account Managers also answer client questions and identify new business opportunities
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs, and help them through email/phone calls
- Build and develop relationships with customers and potential new customers based on trust and respect
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams
- Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Keep accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes
- Increase customer retention and upsell
- Manage & resolve complex customer situations
- Build and improve dashboards and workflows to simplify the teams’ performance by automating repetitive tasks
- Design and implement efficient reporting to Management, including analysis of retention metrics and improvement suggestions
