Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- 7+ years of experience in demand generation, preferably in the cybersecurity industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a team
What the job involves
- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Director of Demand Generation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strong individual contributor with the ability to build out our demand generation program and eventually hire and manage the required team
- This person will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to drive qualified leads and revenue growth in a fast-paced startup environment
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to align demand generation efforts with business goals
- Create, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, webinars, and events
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Identify and implement marketing technologies and tools to enhance demand generation efforts
- Build and manage a high-performing demand generation team as the program scales
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation and cybersecurity
