Who you are
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree: You’re a current student expected to graduate in the Fall 2027/Spring of 2028 majoring in Marketing or a related field
- Prior Experience: You've completed at least one previous internship, or have built substantial personal or academic projects you're excited to talk through
- Availability: This is a full-time, 8-week program running June 21 - August 13, 2027. You are available to work in our New York City office at least 3-4 days a week throughout the entire program
- Proactive & Collaborative Attitude: You have an act-like-an-owner mentality, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and enjoy working with others to achieve collective goals
- Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving Skills: You enjoy tackling complex challenges, analyzing problems, and developing solutions. Clear communication of ideas is one of your strengths
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You’re a keen listener with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently

What the job involves
- As a Marketing Intern at OnePay, you’ll work alongside the Marketing team and cross-functional partners to support campaigns, content, and go-to-market initiatives
- You’ll contribute to active projects by researching audiences and trends, developing campaign materials, coordinating deliverables, and helping measure results
- Team Integration: Work closely with the Marketing team and cross-functional partners to support content production and social listening, campaign work, and go-to-market initiatives
- Real-World Projects: Contribute to active marketing projects by researching audiences and trends, developing campaign materials, coordinating deliverables, and helping measure results
- Skill Building & Career Growth: Throughout the internship, you’ll attend workshops focused on technical skills, resume building, interview prep, and professional development. You’ll also have the chance to engage with company leadership during networking events
- Mentorship: Receive guidance and feedback from your manager, as well as a dedicated mentor who will help you navigate your internship experience, ensuring continuous learning and growth
- Program runs June 21 - August 13, 2027 (8 weeks, full-time, in our NYC office)

Our take

OnePay is already helping millions of consumers and has earned a 4.8-star app rating. More recently it announced crypto trading for Bitcoin and Ether, and partnerships with Workday Wellness and Klarna, further expanding its offerings. With this momentum, the platform is really positioning itself as a true one-stop financial hub.
