What the job involves
- Stellar is seeking a Customer Support Representative who will be a key link between our company operations and our customers
- You’ll be responsible for providing world-class customer service through accurate and timely response to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive user experience
- You will be part of the Customer Support Operations team and work in close coordination with Provider Operations, Strategic Operations, and Product staff helping to ensure our providers get the most out of the Stellar App
- In this role you will have the opportunity to not only support our customers but also to expand the user support function within our growing company
- The role reports into the Operations Team Chief of Staff
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers via various communication channels (phone, email, and live chat)
- Reproduce and troubleshoot user issues or product bugs and provide clear and accurate solutions
- Develop a deep understanding of our software product (the Stellar App), features, and functionality. Stay up-to-date with product updates and enhancements
- Contribute to knowledge base articles for common issues
- Assist customers in understanding and effectively using the Stellar App by providing step-by-step guidance and training as needed
- Work with our Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to diagnose and solve technical user problems
- Escalate incidents in a timely and efficient manner; ensure incidents are accurately reported and documented
- Author and maintain support documentation to improve user experience or efficiency of product support activities
- Collect customer feedback and insights and relay them to the product development and QA teams for continuous improvement of our products. Recommend creative solutions to improve the user experience
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and privacy standards, to protect customer information and uphold the highest ethical standards
- Own Zendesk inbox for various customer support issues
- Support the launch of a Live customer support phone live and serve as primary CSR responsible for phone calls
- Support pilot opportunities and new features

A problem in healthcare is little thought is given to the doctors and staff who coordinate all of the daily patient workflow, such as historical claims, pharmacy requests, lab work, testing and billing. Stellar Health aims to drastically reduce these 'chores' through a cloud-based platform on which primary care providers can offer value-based care through real-time information updates about patients.
The point-of-care workflow platform also strives to close the incentive gap between payors and care providers by helping practitioners earn more revenue for keeping patients healthy, rather than simply charging for procedures and treatments. While Stellar Health faces stiff competition from major players such as Siemens Healthcare and AthenaHealth, it has already made great ground in the market with over 1.1M patients across 37 states.
The company has secured significant investment from Primary Venture Partners and Point 72. This funding and its growing revenue are being put towards further scaling its operations and accelerating its product development. Operating in a rapidly growing industry which reached a value of over $4 billion in 2025, Stellar Health is in a good position for future growth and success.
