What the job involves
- This will be an entry level role. You will be joining a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to excellence in the health-tech industry

- This Operator role is responsible for the setup and delivery of credit card terminals and patient collections equipment for both new and existing clients, ensuring seamless integration for launch
- The role also involves continuous monitoring of Stripe transaction activity via internal dashboards to maintain operational efficiency
- Problem Resolution: Identify and address discrepancies in information. Communicate effectively with necessary parties to resolve issues quickly, maintaining workflow efficiency
- Professional Communication: Maintain regular and professional interactions via phone with patients, insurance representatives, and healthcare providers and nurses, ensuring courteous and efficient communication
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations leaders to ensure seamless data processing and accurate reporting, contributing to operational excellence
