What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Talent Specialist (European Markets) to support hiring across key regions in Europe. Based in London, you’ll play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across multiple markets, partnering closely with hiring managers to scale high-performing, international teams
- From finding and engaging great candidates to running interview processes and closing hires, you’ll play a key role in building the teams that drive our growth
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple European markets
- Proactively source, engage, and attract top talent across diverse geographies
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for priority and high-impact roles
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process
- Use data, market insights, and hiring trends to inform and optimise recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support scalable and efficient hiring processes
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on market dynamics, talent availability, and hiring best practices
Application process
- Screening Call (30 mins) – Video-call with a member from the Talent Team
- Skills Interview (45 mins) – Video-call with our Global Head of Talent
- Final Stage (60 mins, in-person) – Meet the wider People & Talent team and present a short task
- We aim to complete the interview process and provide feedback within two weeks
- Every application is reviewed manually by our Talent Team. While we strive to assess applications within 7 days, the high volume of interest from talented candidates may occasionally extend this timeline

Fresha allows consumers to discover, book and pay for beauty and wellness appointments with local businesses via its centralised marketplace, while beauty and wellness businesses and professionals use its all-in-one platform to manage their entire operations through a range of intuitive software and fintech solutions.
The company has taken a different approach compared to rivals in the salon management space. Rather than charging monthly, its software is free to use, and charges only when a booking is made through the system. Fresha's platform also offers a range of financial products such as point-of-sale, customer records management and marketing automation, making it an appealing option for salon operators. This has allowed the company to swiftly build a network of merchants for its marketplace and collate over 110,000 partner businesses processing over 1 billion appointments booked to date. The marketplace also creates revenue potential for partner companies through its online bookings, building integrations with social media brands like Instagram and Facebook.
Now that Fresha has solved the chicken-and-egg problem of starting a marketplace, it is using its market position to scale quickly. It now has 130,000 partner venues and is working in 120 countries. Between 2021 and 2023, it enjoyed 190% growth in its global bookings.
