Senior EAP Operations Associate, Rula

• 3+ years of experience in billing, collections, or a related role contributing to end-to-end transformation (process, technology, and people) in a high-growth operational environment
• Proven ability to independently improve and optimize processes, leveraging tools such as Salesforce, AMD, payer portals (e.g., Availity), and Google Suite/Microsoft Office (including Excel/Google Sheets) to drive optimization
• Experience applying structure, prioritization, and effective communication to solve problems, not just for the current state but also to predict future needs
• Experience creating concise, actionable documentation (training materials or process docs) for both technical and non-technical audiences

• Rula is seeking a Sr. EAP Operations Associate to join our Financial Operations team
• Reporting to the Payment Application and Credit Manager, this role partners with internal teams and external EAP partners to support accurate billing, payment processing, and reconciliation
• You will independently manage partner billing cycles, prepare and submit billing files, review remittances and payment feedback, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate across teams to resolve billing and payment issues
• You will also identify opportunities to improve workflows, support automation and process initiatives, and help scale billing processes as new EAP partners are onboarded
