Who you are
- 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing or related roles (Growth Marketing, Strategy, Product Management, Copy)
- B2B go-to-market experience - within healthcare is a plus
- Creative storytelling skills - the ability to quickly connect with an audience and to distill complex concepts into simple, intuitive, and compelling narratives
- Ability to quickly learn new material and understand data
- Commercial mindset and high energy to win new business
- Preferred - experience in healthcare
What the job involves
- Maven is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Maternity who will be at the forefront of shaping how our products resonate with our customers and the market
- Reporting into the Director of Product Marketing, you will own the end-to-end strategy for messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution for our flagship Maternity product in the B2B market (employers and health plans)
- This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success
- Develop clear, memorable, and differentiated product messaging for Maven’s Maternity product that resonates with target audiences, including employers and health plans
- Create original storytelling that builds urgency in the maternal healthcare category, shows the depth of the Maven product, and connects buyers to the vulnerable and joyful life stages that Maven supports
- Define market segments and personas, develop value propositions that resonate with these audiences
- Create sales materials (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs) to enable the Sales to effectively communicate product value
- Train Sales and Customer Success teams on product positioning, messaging, and updates
- Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales to lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, features, and campaigns
- Partner with Maven’s Clinical & Research teams to demonstrate how Maven’s clinical programming leads to healthier outcomes and cost savings
- Partner with Sales to gather feedback on positioning and refine strategies based on market response
- Partner with Customer Success to develop case studies, testimonials, and success stories
- Partner with Maven Product Marketing Research & Intelligence to regularly analyze and report on market trends and competitive movements

The digital health model delivered by Maven is intended to make healthcare services more accessible: it aims to support those that have been marginalized by the traditional health care system.
This means that Maven forms part of the global digital health market; a burgeoning sector of the Internet economy. Many companies are already delivering digital healthcare solutions: rivals to Maven include Doctor On Demand, Heal, Pager, 98point6 , K Health, Lemonaid, MDLIVE, First Stop Health and HealthTap. However, Maven's focused on marginalised groups is what sets it apart.
Maven has received significant funding as it continues to address areas of underrepresented healthcare coverage, such as treatment of postnatal depression. As the company grows, Maven will use this new funding to continue to personalise its platform and enhance its service's cultural flexibility, increasing its support networks across all stages of family and reproductive life. Recent examples of expansion is new product offering for personalised support for those trying to conceive naturally.
