Who you are
- You have at least 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial control, or audit, ideally in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
- You have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
- You hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, from a business school or university, with a solid grasp of financial fundamentals
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken

What the job involves
- Working closely with our experienced team, you’ll play a key role in identifying growth opportunities and creating value for the company
- Your mission? Help optimize financial performance by analyzing key data and supporting the sales and operations teams in making strategic decisions
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and design dashboards tailored to each department’s needs
- Conduct variance analysis (budget vs. actual vs. forecast) and clearly explain deviations
- Provide regular support to top management in interpreting financial data
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and, and multi-year plans in collaboration with operational teams
- Incorporate operational and financial assumptions into forecasting models (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet)
- Develop and maintain simulation models to support strategic decision-making
- Act as a true business partner to operational teams, supporting them in managing their financial performance
- Assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives such as new product launches, market expansion, and investments
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support resource allocation and cost optimization decisions
- Actively participate in monthly and annual closings
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data used in FP&A analyses
- Collaborate with auditors during audits and ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards
- Automate and secure financial data flows to reduce analysis production times
- Contribute to the improvement of performance management tools, reporting models, and budget validation processes
- Propose efficiency levers, cost optimization strategies, and FP&A tool structuring
