Who you are
- We’re looking for someone with a near-native level of German (C2 level) AND fluent in English (C1 level). If it’s not your case, we'd love to consider your application for future positions where this isn't a hard requirement
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and/or sales skills
- The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers
- The ability to listen actively and match customer requirements to valuable solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn our product in detail
- Self driven personality, able to adjust quickly to new situations
- Bonus if you have an understanding of carbon accounting, but a keen interest is a must!
What the job involves
- As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in helping our Sales Team sell our complex climate and carbon reduction product by acting as a bridge between our sales team and our clients
- Support our Sales Team with solution selling into our prospect account base
- Partner with our Sales Team to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
- Successfully match the customer pain points/requirements to our proposed solutions
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition of our carbon accounting product
- Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
- Hand over customers to our Customer Success department
- Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
- Collect and document competitive intelligence
- Actively advocate for and represent Cozero at events/ social media
- Guide prospects though testing phase
