Role
Who you are
- Intermediate proficiency in shell scripting
- Fundamental understanding of SQL and database structure
- Familiarity with Google Suite
- Basic knowledge of Python is a plus
- Introductory experience with the AWS console
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or MBA degree with a graduation date between December 2025 and June 2027
- Be available full-time and in-person for 40 hours per week
- Must reside in NY-metro area, relocation support will not be provided
- Must be available from Monday, June 2, 2025 to Friday, August 15, 2025
What the job involves
- The DriveWealth Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team is responsible for frontline support of technology functions, as well as incident and change management, deployments, and verifications
- The team collaborates closely with technology and business stakeholders to ensure the highest levels of platform availability and partner satisfaction
- The internship position will primarily focus on migrating from the current DriveWealth escalation tool, PagerDuty, to OpsGenie, as well as enhancing alert reporting capabilities using Grafana
- Create scripts to forward log messages to Grafana
- Develop Sumo Logic queries
- Build and implement escalation policies
