Who you are

4+ year experience in performance marketing / user acquisition on Google
Experience managing $500K+ monthly budgets
Deep knowledge of key performance metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC, Churn, Retention
Strong experience with web funnels & mobile acquisition strategies
Familiarity with analytics platforms like Mixpanel, Tableau, Omni, AppsFlyer
Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills
Ability to generate and validate creative hypotheses
Intermediate English proficiency or higher
B2C Subscription apps

Desirable

Experience with platforms like Meta, Snap, TikTok or others
Hands-on experience with Google UAC for app install campaigns

What the job involves

We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager focused on the Google ecosystem (Search, Display, Demand Gen, and more) to lead and scale our mobile app
You’ll own and optimize performance across our mobile acquisition strategy, partnering closely with the product team
Manage, scale, and optimize ad campaigns across Google Search, Demand Gen, Display
Drive performance across key KPIs: ROAS, CPA, Spend, CTR, and more
Own budgets and make data-driven budget allocation decisions
Develop and test hypotheses to improve user acquisition across the funnel.
Research competitors’ acquisition strategies, creatives, and channels
Participate in creative brainstorming to continuously push performance forward
