- Strong technical understanding of web technologies, including APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and integration workflows
- Proven experience supporting B2B SaaS, platform, or API-driven products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience working with developers, technical partners, or enterprise clients in onboarding or support contexts
Desirable
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) or the ability to read and understand code
What the job involves
- As our Technical Account Manager, you’ll guide partners through onboarding, integrations, and technical implementation – translating business goals into seamless technical realities. You’ll be their go-to ally for everything from API support to creative problem-solving, ensuring every partner journey feels smooth, efficient, and expertly supported
- Collaborate with the sales team to support prospective partners by clearly explaining Tebex’s product capabilities and integration options
- Guide partners through onboarding and implementation to deliver a smooth, successful integration experience
- Provide expert technical assistance by troubleshooting issues, resolving inquiries, or escalating internally when needed
- Act as a go-to authority on our APIs, SDKs, and integration workflows – empowering internal teams to communicate technical solutions effectively
- Build strong relationships with partners through proactive support and clear communication

As gaming becomes more and more popular, the trend in user-generated content, such as mods, is also on the rise. Overwolf wants to empower the creators of such content with a platform that supports the building of apps and publishing of mods, as well as the monetisation of these creations.
Through the platform, creators can develop apps with a range of capabilities, such as stat-trackers or gameplay capture tools. Then, they can track app downloads, engagement and reviews all from a single place. Mod developers have access to a complete toolset through which they can manage all their mods and add-ons, protect their content from unauthorised duplications and distribute with a wide range of revenue models.
On top of these tools for developers, the site acts as a marketplace for gamers to find the add-ons they want, connecting them to creations that can enhance their gaming experience. It expanded into the US in 2023, following a year in which it generated over $50 million in advertising revenue. In 2024, it acquired tech company NitroPay and doubled its audience to 100 million. Now supporting more than 1500 games, it's on an impressive trajectory and is certainly one to watch.
