Lead Sales Development Representative, Cyngn

• 3+ year of experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort making outbound calls, sending emails, and engaging with prospective customers
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and goal-oriented
• Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical concepts
• Experience with CRM tools (like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

• Identify, source, and qualify prospective customers
• Research and understand target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers
• Maintain and manage a pipeline of leads, updating all activities in our CRM system
• Schedule discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives
• Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns
• Help refine outbound messaging and improve engagement rates
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings set
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and deep product knowledge
