Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience 7+ years in marketing operations in B2B SaaS
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and other technologies such as Google Tag Manager, Mutiny, Clearbit, 6sense, Common Room, and many others
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights
- Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Certification in marketing automation platforms (e.g HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus
What the job involves
- We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic marketing team
- The Marketing Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing our marketing and GTM processes across PLG and Sales-led motions, and driving operational excellence and efficiency across all marketing initiatives
- Three key areas for this role are to (1) align with SDR & Sales (2) measure and attribute every marketing touch-points, and (3) scale our marketing effort & dollar to go further
- Marketing Automation: Oversee the implementation and management of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to streamline workflows, nurture leads, and optimize campaign performance
- Data Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive data management strategy, ensuring accurate and up-to-date lead/contact/account/opportunity information for segmentation, targeting, and personalization
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, create, execute, and measure marketing campaigns, leveraging automation tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Analytics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and scalability
- Marketing Technology Stack: Evaluate, recommend, and implement new marketing technologies and tools to support the evolving needs of the marketing team and improve overall effectiveness
- Training and Enablement: Provide training and support to marketing team members on marketing automation platforms, processes, and best practices to ensure alignment and proficiency
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and establish governance policies to maintain data integrity and security
Our take
AnyScale is a platform facilitating the development of distributed applications with high computing demands on its Ray platform. It answers an increasing requirement for higher-level tech strategies among companies which are incorporating AI and machine learning into their products, and a similarly broad and growing demand for easier access to cloud programming.
AnyScale launched its first commercial offering in 2021, and intends to continue developing products that will lower the skill and resource threshold for cloud programming. In 2023 it released Aviary, a project to simplify open-source large language model (LLM) deployment. What is promising, and lucrative, about its proposition is that it offers a general-use distributed system, this sidesteps the cumbersome process of stitching together disparate distributed systems, previously a requirement for novel applications. It is currently finding use in a range of applications such as supply chain, environmental restoration and retail by organisations including Amazon and Uber.
Anyscape has raised considerable funding led by Andreessen Horowitz and Addition. This is being used to scale its team and further develop the Ray platform. As the demand for AI apps rapidly increases, Anyscape is poised to disrupt a $13 trillion market.
