Company

Our take

Climate goals are at an all-time high, but the funding behind green-tech and sustainably forward companies sadly does not mimic what’s needed. Putting a dent in this much-needed funding market is Revaia, a growth equity investment fund hyper-focused on mission-driven companies with a passion for sustainability.

The VC firm is founded and led by two women who’ve now closed two substantial funds, which remains almost unheard of for female-led firms. In fact, the company prides itself on being Europe’s largest female-led firm, with a 15-strong portfolio that includes the likes of Welcome to the Jungle and Frontify.

Having established a presence in Paris and Berlin, as well as in North America, Revaia is now focused on opening a London office to increase the fund’s exposure to Europe’s largest tech market. As it continues to support sustainable-minded companies from Series B to IPO or buyout, it will be interesting to see what impact the firm can have on the space.
