We’re looking for a proactive, high-agency operator who thrives on the details and is passionate about creating an exceptional office experience
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Master multitasker who is able to juggle competing priorities and deadlines effortlessly Excellent written and verbal communication with a talent for clear, concise messaging
Sharp problem-solving instincts and an obsessive attention to detail
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar) and general office tools
A natural ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation, fostering a connected, high-energy culture
A cool head under pressure and the agility to adapt, pivot, and move fast in an ever-changing environment

What the job involves

Ready to make a real impact at a high-growth company? Slice is seeking an Office Manager to lead office operations at our NYC office - keeping things seamless, engaging, and running at full speed. You'll manage vendor relationships, coordinate repairs, execute local employee events and initiatives, and ensure that our space is well-stocked and optimized to support a thriving workplace
This is a part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week), and you will be expected to work in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm ET
