Data Operations Analyst, ActiveViam

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, data engineer or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Azure and Power BI, with hands-on experience in building and maintaining data model and dashboards
• Experience with integrations for tools like Pipeliner/HubSpot (or other CRM), Bamboo, Delight, Jira, and other business applications
• Advanced data manipulation and analysis skills, particularly with SQL and data modelling
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and quality
• Effective communication skills to translate complex data findings into actionable business
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment

• You’ll be responsible for conducting analysis of key performance metrics from diverse data sources, including JIRA, CRM systems (Pipeliner and Hubspot), and platforms like Bamboo and Delight
• With expertise in Azure and Power BI, you’ll be instrumental in managing business applications and designing impactful, decision-support reports that drive data-informed strategies across the organization
