• Previous experience in a Talent Partner role: You’ll have owned your own hiring pipelines and partnered closely with managers to find and hire top talent for your previous company
• High levels of organisation skills: You won’t just own your own diary, but also that of your candidates and your hiring managers. Juggling competing priorities can be challenging so you’ll have to be able to ruthlessly prioritise and focus on the highest impact work
• An adaptable and flexible mindset: Perlego is a growing business and moves at a fast-pace, meaning priorities can change. This is a company where no two days are the same, so being adaptable is essential
• Drive and self-motivation: You should have a high level of drive to deliver the best outcome and should always be striving towards the goal of hiring the best person for the job

• You’ll be hiring across all of our functions and domains, including Engineering, Product and Commercial so will have to be highly adaptable, personable and driven

• Perlego is organised into cross-functional tribes working together on a common domain. Our People and Finance teams come together to form our Enabler Tribe, with the empowerment to deliver strategic projects that drive business and employee impact
• As well as your work in hiring top talent for Perlego, you’ll collaborate on varied projects with the rest of the Enabler Tribe and will learn the fundamentals of Agile working
• Reporting to Ben, our People & Talent Partner, you will own the delivery of our hiring process for roles across multiple functions and hire top-class talent to help Perlego achieve our mission of making learning accessible to all
• Deliver a phenomenal candidate experience to our applicants, showcasing the best of our culture and values throughout our process
• Run multiple complex hiring processes with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Utilise a range of hiring tools to build strong and diverse pipeline for every role, including outbound sourcing as well as managing our inbound pipeline
• Partner with our hiring managers to scope out their team needs, helping them create a compelling job description and crafting a bespoke hiring process for to help us find the best candidate for the job
• Craft engaging and emotionally resonant employer branded content for our careers page, job platforms and social media channels to showcase our culture and ways of working
• Drive our culture and foster togetherness by organising socials and in-person activities in our beautiful office
• Support our onboarding experience and set our new hires up for success at Perlego, including drafting contracts and working with hiring managers on 1-3 month plans for new joiners
• In 1 months you will understand our ways of working and be actively working on a hiring pipeline
• In 3 months you will be owning your own recruitment pipeline and be taking on projects that enhance our employee and candidate experience
• In 6 months you will have established a strong relationship with a number of hiring managers and will be helping them shape the future hiring plans of their team
