Who you are

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Languages: Fluent in French and English. A third language is a plus (German, Spanish, Italian)
Skills: Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, autonomy, and results-oriented
Campaign Writing: Strong experience in writing marketing campaigns
Experience: Previous experience in digital marketing or lead generation is a plus
Personal Qualities: Creativity, resourcefulness, and the ability to establish genuine human connections

What the job involves

Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute campaigns (emails, webinars, events) to engage and convert prospects
Lead Qualification: Warm up leads identified by the Ops team and ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects
Prospect Contact: Contact prospects before and after web conferences, events, and webinars
Resource Creation: Be proactive in proposing and creating resources for specific campaigns
Database Management: Maintain data quality and handle administrative tasks in our CRM (Hubspot)
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the SDR teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads
