Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
- Five (5) plus years’ experience with progressive full life cycle recruiting in a professional services or management consulting firm
- Two (2) year experience with CPA or advisory services recruiting in professional services environment is a plus
- Recruitment for assurance, tax, accounting services, transaction advisory services, valuation, wealth management and administrative, strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to generate candidate pipeline using progressive sourcing methods; ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Experience with Jobvite, preferred
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with the use of video
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

What the job involves
- The position of Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for managing full life cycle recruiting engagements for the firm and will focus on searches primarily for assigned service areas
- Partner with the hiring teams as a talent advisor with expertise in identifying and engaging top talent
- Build and develop strong relationships with hiring teams, while managing their expectations
- Guide company leaders through the hiring process
- Develop a proactive sourcing strategy to maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for open requisitions and high priority pipeline roles
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates based on role requirements, profiles, and alignment with our culture
- Negotiate offers and start dates
- Prepare and contribute to search status reports and lead/facilitate update meetings with hiring teams on active searches
- Create research to map our markets and generate candidate names and profiles
- Create and execute robust search strategies that attract the best and brightest talent
- Establish, cultivate, and nurture candidate relationships from initial screen through hire/disposition ensuring an excellent experience for all candidates
- Promote Sikich's company values and initiatives of growth, trust and innovation
