Role
Who you are
- 1–5 years of experience in consulting, SaaS customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
- Outgoing and energetic — you thrive in front of clients and build trust quickly
- You think in business outcomes, not feature checklists
- Intense — fire in the eyes. You care deeply about making clients successful
- Research experience is a plus, but not a requirement
- Willingness to travel to clients — this is a relationship-first role
What the job involves
- You are the face of Conveo to our enterprise clients. Your mission is to make them wildly successful — not by doing work for them, but by making them capable on the platform. You drive autonomy, expansion, and advocacy
- This is not a reactive support role. You're a growth driver. You own the full client lifecycle from onboarding through expansion, and you help build the Customer Growth function as we scale
- The clients you work with are global brands with complex organizations — and your job is to turn them into Conveo power users and champions
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts from onboarding through expansion
- Run world-class onboarding — use case mapping, stakeholder training, and first-project coaching
- Drive adoption across the client organization — activate individual users and create internal champions
- Build deep relationships with senior stakeholders at the VP/SVP level
- Travel to clients regularly — in-person is how real trust gets built
- Generate advocacy — testimonials, references, and introductions to peers at other companies
- Partner with sales to identify and drive expansion opportunities within your accounts
Our take
Qualitative research has long been one of the most valuable (and painful) parts of building products and brands. It's slow, expensive, and often skipped altogether, leaving teams to make big decisions without full insight. There's a massive market for better customer understanding and it's only growing, yet traditional methods just aren't keeping up. So, Conveo is stepping in to change that.
It's doing so by acting as an AI-powered research coworker. Instead of weeks of planning, scheduling, interviewing, and analysis, teams can run hundreds of AI-moderated video interviews overnight, and in over 50 languages. The impact of this is huge, saving days or even weeks of work and surfacing insights humans might miss. And crucially, every insight links back to the original transcript, so researchers can trust and verify what the AI finds.
What's especially impressive is how quickly Conveo is gaining momentum. Despite being pretty new to the scene, the company has already raised $5.3M in seed funding. This early traction and a clear vision for what's next (from multimodal interviews to long-term knowledge analysis), positions Conveo as more than just a promising startup.
