Who you are
- Experience as a Finance Director (or senior finance leader) in a high-growth startup or scale-up (ideally in fintech)
- Strong financial acumen, with hands-on experience in FP&A, accounting and compliance
- Proven ability to improve processes and implement scalable finance operations
- Someone who enjoys both strategic finance and rolling up their sleeves
- A natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
- Passion for fintech and making financial services better for businesses
What the job involves
- You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our finance function while working closely with leadership to ensure we make smart, data-driven financial decisions
- This is a high-impact role where you’ll be hands-on with everything from financial operations to commercial strategy
- Oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Build robust financial models that help us grow sustainably
- Ensure we always have a strong handle on cash runway and working capital
- Identify and implement improvements to finance processes, making things faster and more efficient
- Keep us compliant with regulatory requirements in all current and future operating jurisdictions
- Work closely with the founders and leadership team to drive financial strategy
- Mentor and up-skill finance team members as we scale
