What the job involves
- As an Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the team in achieving their monthly target of teachers signed up and verified for placement in schools
- Alongside overseeing and coordinating daily operations, your focus will be individual and team-wide training and support, while closely collaborating with the Operations Manager
- Training and coaching the Operations Team, including call shadowing, 1 on 1 meetings, running PIPs, and performance monitoring
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to enhance productivity and operational quality, including creating and presenting training materials for the team
- Providing guidance to the team, ensuring they prioritize candidates best suited to our current opportunities
- Collaborate seamlessly across commercial and operational teams to foster synergy and streamline processes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational processes, procedures, and best practices, focusing on long term scalability
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing business needs and priorities
- Hours: 8am - 5pm
