Role
Who you are
- Several years of experience in B2B marketing, digital performance marketing and lead generation
- Ideally, familiarity with tools such as marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and CMS
- Ability to think from the customer’s perspective and translate technical topics into impactful messaging
- Passion for content marketing: you enjoy writing and can independently create high-quality content
- A data-driven mindset: you consistently analyze performance metrics, run experiments, and optimize based on measurable results
- Ambition to build a professional, modern B2B marketing function – while staying pragmatic and hands-on
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
- Excellent language skills in English (C1)
- Willingness to travel occasionally for trade fairs and events
- We love the energy that comes from working together in person, so spending time at our Cologne or Berlin office matters to us. A minimum of 1–2 on-site days per week is expected, and more time together is always welcome

- You will own and scale our B2B marketing engine with a strong focus on digital, performance-driven marketing
- Define and drive our B2B marketing strategy across all channels, aligned with our business goals and sales targets
- Build and scale a lead & demand generation engine for industrial manufacturing customers
- Quickly build a deep understanding of our product, customer personas, and the manufacturing domain – and translate complex topics into clear, compelling stories
- Own our performance marketing setup: plan, execute, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads and on LinkedIn
- Refine and continuously improve tracking & reporting to measure traffic, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and ROI
- Take responsibility for our website and landing pages together with our Sales team - messaging, structure, A/B tests and conversion optimization
- Independently create content for blog posts, LinkedIn posts, landing pages, newsletters, whitepapers, case studies, and webinar content around manufacturing, operational excellence and CO₂ reduction
- Develop and manage email campaigns and nurture journeys in close collaboration with our Sales & Customer Success teams
- Coordinate fairs, webinars and selected customer events as part of an integrated marketing strategy
- Manage and brief external agencies & freelancers where needed – while staying hands-on in the key digital channels

Founded in 2020, ONIQ is a relatively new player in the Industry 4.0 space. The company focuses on manufacturing process management with its IQ/A product, building a digital twin to analyse production and logistics processes. This enables customers to uncover inefficiencies and reduce carbon emissions associated with product manufacturing.
Supply chains and manufacturing processes are becoming increasingly complex, and minor inefficiencies can easily escape the notice of human analysts. These inefficiencies can quickly add up to substantial financial losses, and it is here where ONIQ's digital twin shines, making it possible to optimise key processes and cut costs and carbon emissions. ONIQ has strategically partnered with TechVision Fond and coparion, providing the startup with financial backing and valuable industry expertise. This funding and support will be used to roll out its product to more manufacturers.
