Who you are

You’ll have at least 6 months experience working in a similar role, with a good understanding of the sales process (identifying needs, probing questions, closing the sale, etc. in a telesales environment)

What the job involves

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Quadient on a hybrid basis out of our Stratford, London office
Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting a high performing, highly productive and positive culture for acquiring new customers
Contacting prospective customers (all warm leads, no cold calling) with a view to building rapport & promoting the value of our products & service offering
Achieving targets across a range of traditional call centre / sales KPIs
Positively influencing customer decision making by fact finding against their needs and recommending a matching solution
Managing a pipeline of accounts- moving each customer through various stages in the sales cycle
Forecasting revenues / orders from your individual pipeline (as above)
Maintaining a positive and flexible attitude and deliver exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers
