Company mission
To help organisations scale with talent and support 100,000 people to achieve career freedom.
Role
Who you are
- 3–5 years in roles that blend sales, partnerships, or BD with recruitment - agency, RPO, or HR tech sales all relevant
- A track record of owning a number and hitting it
- Experience running acquisition campaigns or partner activation programmes
- An instinct for running an effective recruitment process
What the job involves
- Identify, onboard, and activate agency and in-house recruitment partners to post roles on Connectd. Build relationships that drive ongoing platform activity, not one-off sign-ups
- Run structured campaigns to bring existing Connectd companies back to the platform for role postings. Own the cohort strategy, messaging, and conversion metrics
- Define an ICP, build a pipeline of high-quality companies, and execute outbound to bring them onto the platform. This is a proper GTM motion: you set it up, you run it
- Importantly, we’re looking for someone who will roll up their sleeves in order to drive successful customer outcomes. That will mean being hands-on with new clients to help them find the best talent from within the Connectd network
Application process
- 1. Apply with your profile
- 2. 15 Minute phone call with Hiring Manager
- 3. 30 Minute Virtual Interview
- 4. Final Stage Interview with Task in person.

Our take
Building a startup is hard work when you don't have all the right expertise in-house. Most early-stage teams can't afford senior hires, yet still face complex challenges around product, finance, and growth. And that's where things can stall.
Connectd is changing that by giving founders access to top-tier talent on a fractional basis (think experienced professionals who support multiple companies at once). The platform does so by using AI to analyse business data and matching them with the expert they need.
With fresh funding, Connectd has powered over 25,000 founder-advisor connections and grown to $11M in annual recurring revenue. As fractional work becomes the new normal, Connectd is in the perfect position to lead the shift.
