Who you are
- Experience in building B2B software products & familiarity with the concepts of public cloud offerings
- Hands-on experience in establishing and collecting product metrics (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to derive insights that inform product development decisions
- Writing skills are critical in this role. You must be able to communicate product features and new services through well-understood formats such as PR / FAQ or other narrative formats that describe the feature/product vision and desired customer experience,
- Kubernetes certification (e.g. CKA, CKAD) - you must either already have it or successfully complete it within the first 6 months from the start
- Customer focus and hands-on experience in gathering user feedback. Strong spoken English skills are required
- Familiarity with and willingness to work according to modern product management practices
- Ideally engineering background, as the domain and product are very technical
- Education: Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar
What the job involves
- Our mission is to simplify and automate Kubernetes for our customers, allowing them to focus on higher-order value creation and business goals
- Wear multiple hats (e.g. PM, PO, Scrum master, QA, BA) to drive the development of our Autoscaler product
- Work directly with users, teams, and other stakeholders to collect feedback
- Do your own research to create a more compelling product/feature proposal
- Work across the organizational and role boundaries to ultimately make the product better
- Review backlogs and make prioritization decisions together with the team
- Conduct user research interviews together with the UX designer
- Lead process improvements in the Product Management team and across the wider organization

CAST AI’s platform supports all three major cloud service providers; Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Amazon Web Services. When cloud providers have unused machines they are typically discounted by 60-70%, however, if AWS (for example) needs that machine back, they give little warning before reclaiming it. CAST AI is able to automatically detect this, and immediately replace it, meaning companies using its platform will never experience an outage of discounted machines.
As more enterprises embrace cloud technologies, CAST AI is a strong choice of provider as it provides customers with a unified, automated platform, making Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) more efficient and budget-friendly. The company has seen considerable investment that will be spent on attracting new customers, as well as helping to expand the CAST AI range of products.
