Role
Who you are
- 3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (bonus if you’ve sold into ESG, compliance, or enterprise software markets)
- Track-record of consistently hitting or exceeding your sales targets
- Experience owning complex medium-large enterprise sales cycles from beginning to end
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you can simplify the complex
- A team player — collaborative, coachable, and excited to help shape our go-to-market playbook
- Experience with sales tools (e.g. HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Apollo)
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
- High ownership mindset and a genuine interest in ESG and sustainability
- Experienced B2B SaaS sales rep
Desirable
- Experience with selling sustainability or HSE software
- Additional European language skills a plus
What the job involves
- Drive new business across your assigned territory or verticals (e.g. PE-backed firms, manufacturing, business services)
- Own and manage the full sales cycle: from discovery, demo, proposal to close
- Deliver compelling, ROI-driven product demos tailored to different personas (Sustainability, Finance, Ops, Procurement)
- Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, and Product to continuously refine messaging and lead quality
- Meet and exceed quota while staying focused on long-term customer success
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene (we use Salesforce)
- Be a trusted advisor: help customers navigate ESG complexity and make confident buying decisions
