Data Analyst, Solace

• 3+ Years of Experience in data analytics, preferably for a tech company
• Advanced SQL & Snowflake: You are an expert at writing efficient, complex queries to extract and manipulate data from cloud data warehouses like Snowflake
• BI & Dashboarding: You have strong experience designing interactive dashboards and reports. Familiarity with Hex (or similar notebook-based BI tools) is highly preferred. Experience with Looker, Tableau, or Metabase is also valuable
• Data Wrangling Expertise: You are comfortable working with messy, real-world data, including parsing nested JSON and cleaning unstructured datasets
• Analytical Mindset: You don't just pull data; you analyze it to find the root cause of business problems
• Strong Communication: You can explain complex data concepts to product managers, operations teams, and executives alike
• Startup DNA: You are comfortable with ambiguity, ready to adapt to shifting priorities, and willing to jump in and support the team wherever needed

• Synthesize & Communicate: Translate technical findings into clear, concise recommendations for non-technical audiences. You will tell the story behind the data, helping leadership understand why trends are happening and what to do about them
• Wrangle Complex Data: Perform detailed work with structured and semi-structured data (including nested JSON) to extract relevant signals from the noise
