What the job involves
- Collaborate with the product team to write and manage Jira tickets based on technical specifications and product requirements, ensuring all necessary details are captured and clearly communicated
- Support the creation of Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) by assisting in drafting and refining these documents to align with our strategic goals
- Conduct basic wireframing activities to help visualise early-stage product concepts, facilitating clearer communication among team members
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release testing to ensure our products meet quality standards and user expectations before going live
- Assist in user research and interviews to gather critical insights that inform product development and ensure our solutions are user-centred
- Analyse both qualitative and quantitative data to support decision-making processes, helping to steer product development in the right direction
- Prepare and present Miro presentations to developers and stakeholders, ensuring proposals are understood and approved before moving forward
- Develop comprehensive support and training materials, including release documents, to aid in the seamless adoption of new features and updates
- Contribute to product support by managing bug reporting and troubleshooting, ensuring any issues are resolved efficiently
- Work closely with Product Managers to adapt and refine the product roadmap, responding to feedback and evolving market needs to drive continuous improvement

EQL believes that it's very difficult to manage a health condition: from finding the right doctor, to keeping track of the symptoms, there are many steps that must be followed by patients in order to recover. The company aims to facilitate this process by creating Phio - an AI-driven chatbot that helps patients recover faster without any human intervention.

Phio Access and Phio Engage are two tools that use AI and machine learning to understand each patient's condition and empower him/her on their MSK healthcare journey. The tools help patients in various ways, such as through recommending them exercise programs tailored to their condition, allowing them to track their recovery progress, and providing them with real-time conversations with AI specially designed to adapt to 3k+ scenarios.
