Revenue Operations Manager, Pendo

• Curiosity around new tools and emerging technologies, including AI
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the capability to define issues, questions, and data appropriately
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working with or supporting a global team is a plus, especially across diverse regions such as EMEA and APJ

• This is a global role responsible for supporting global GTM initiatives, with a particular focus on regions including EMEA and APJ
• As a Revenue Operations Manager at Pendo, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing strategies that will help us optimize our revenue processes and drive revenue growth
• This role will partner closely with the organization's Sales, Marketing, and Data Analytics leaders
• You’ll tackle some of Pendo's most important and ambiguous business problems—translating them into actionable insights and scalable programs
• Drive operational excellence in EMEA and APJ, focusing on region-specific strategies to enhance sales productivity, reduce costs, and accelerate growth in high-potential international markets
• Deliver data insights critical to understanding business performance and efficiency
• Demonstrate strong executive presence and communication skills, serving as a trusted advisor and right hand to regional and global sales leadership
• Take ownership of cross-functional initiatives and lead them to tangible business results
• Partner with sales and marketing leaders to define and execute strategic initiatives, including territory design, GTM optimization, and performance measurement frameworks that support global revenue goals
• Recommend and drive initiatives and tactics to improve productivity and operational leverage across growth channels
• Work with cross-functional partners to understand requirements and drive joint projects
