Who you are
- Strong experience in deploying AI/ML models into production environments

- You’ll be part of the newly formed Client Experience & Data Platform team, a dynamic group focused on transforming how we deliver insights and services across the Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) division

- As a Senior AI Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in designing scalable AI/ML solutions, deploying models into production and integrating them into existing systems. You’ll also support the development of others through coaching and team leadership, helping to grow our internal capability
- This is a hands-on technical role with strategic impact, offering the chance to work with diverse data sources and contribute to high-profile initiatives that influence business decisions and customer outcomes
- Design and implement reusable patterns, tooling and templates to streamline model deployment
- Scale AI/ML solutions across strategic infrastructure and integrate them into live systems
- Analyse complex data from multiple sources to identify trends and business impacts
- Lead or contribute to the development of data management systems and procedures
- Coach and mentor team members, supporting their growth and development
- Identify and deliver improvements to existing processes, systems and procedures
