What the job involves

Mercury is building financial products to help startups and small businesses scale. Turns out this requires a lot of talented people, so we’re looking to add a Senior GTM Sourcer to our team
As a sourcing partner to our business recruiting team, you’ll take ownership of the candidate pipeline for a big part of the company and have a lot of impact
Develop a deep understanding of Mercury’s values, brand, and product
Work closely with hiring managers and interviewers across the business to help build high-performing, diverse teams
Make a friendly first impression on candidates and (no pressure) act as the living embodiment of our cultural values
Manage the top funnel of the recruiting pipeline from initial outreach to their first interviews, with an emphasis on engaging passive candidates
Screen candidates with a keen eye for alignment with our open roles and Mercury values
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives
Experiment with creative ways of sourcing and analyze their effectiveness
Actively think of ways to improve and scale sourcing processes
Stay informed about industry trends, and act as a subject matter expert for the wider team
