Who you are
- 2+ years working in inside sales, and at least 1 as an AE or equivalent role required (software a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Salesforce and SAAS experience preferred
- Interest in development personally and professionally
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment

- As a Specialist, Enrollment, you are motivated and driven, with a self-starting attitude
- You play a crucial role in identifying the unique challenges and pain points that our potential customers face in managing their businesses
- You engage with service professionals (our Pros) to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that showcase the value of our offerings
- By conducting compelling product demos and sharing expert knowledge, you guide them on how to best utilize our services to maximize their business potential
- Your primary responsibility is to demonstrate how our HCP Assist service can effectively alleviate these issues, driving growth and success for their operations

Housecall Pro offers an all-in-one business management app for home-services professionals operating HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping businesses.
The resurgent home services market is expected to be worth well over $1 trillion by 2030. With the vast majority of businesses in the space either small or medium sized, there’s obvious value in backend software to take care of laborious but necessary admin in one place.
After five years as a Board Member, Michael Beaudoin became CEO in 2020 to help lead the company’s expansion. Considering that Beaudoin previously spent 13 years at the helm of highly successful home contractor marketplace HomeAdvisor, this seemed to be a shrewd move.
Indeed, the decision has been validated by the company’s 50% year over year growth since then, coupled with its major fundraising efforts and continued expansion within the US and Canada.
