Director of FP&A, Fastly

• 10+ years of related experience including budgeting, forecasting and financial statement analysis, preferably from a public company
• Minimum of 4 years experience managing and leading a team
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills (Google Sheets and Slides a plus)
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
• Organized and strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy
• Experience with a SaaS based revenue model as well as consumption based model
• Experience being a finance business partner to leadership across multiple disciplines

• The Financial Planning & Analysis team is seeking a highly motivated finance professional to be the lead Finance Business Partner to our Go To Market (GTM) Organization
• This individual will be focused on Revenue Forecasting, Operating Expense and Headcount management
• The role will be heavily focused on transforming data into insights aligned to the strategic vision of the company
• The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a GTM organization and an understanding of both a consumption based revenue model and a subscription based model
• This role will report to the VP of FP&A
• Lead the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting efforts for the GTM organization, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and assessment of risks & opportunities
• You will own the forecast accuracy of both our top-line revenue and the GTM organization spend profile
• Produce and enhance monthly and quarterly reports, including key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting and present to the company C-suite
• Refine Fastly’s driver based revenue models and forecasts (sales capacity, bookings, ProServ, etc.)
• Communicate complex financial modeling, forecasting and analytics to the business in a clear, concise and digestible way
• Work closely with Sales Leadership and Sales Operations to help drive Fastly growth
• Assist in quota setting and compensation modeling with the Sales Operations team
• Partner with the Analytics team to monitor KPI's and provide insights into Sales productivity and enable data-backed investment decisions
• Manage a combination of Managers and analysts
• Work Hours: This position will require you to be available during core business hours
