QA Analyst, Keeper Security

• Proven experience working in enterprise environments with a strong understanding of network operations and system administration
• Knowledge of fault tolerance, multi-tenancy, and concepts such as load balancers and proxies
• Experience with enterprise tools such as Active Directory, LDAP, and Identity Management solutions
• Solid experience with enterprise operating systems (Windows 10, Mac OS X, Linux, Windows Server)
• Due to the role's involvement in GovCloud, all applicants must be a U.S. Person, defined as a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder)

Desirable

• The QA Analyst will focus on testing the Admin Console and backend systems that power our enterprise solutions
• You will work alongside a team of developers and QA professionals to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our console applications used by large organizations
• Your primary responsibilities will include testing web applications, validating backend APIs, identifying bugs, and collaborating with the development team to resolve issues
• You’ll manage test plans, document activities in Jira, and continuously assess product quality to recommend improvements that will enhance the customer experience
• You should bring a strong understanding of enterprise environments, as well as familiarity with web development concepts, APIs, and testing tools
• Responsibilities
• Conduct testing of web-based console applications, ensuring the quality and reliability of enterprise-level software
• Set up and configure testing tools to meet testing objectives, focusing on backend APIs and web application functionality
• Manage test tickets and document testing activities using Jira and Confluence
• Use test management tools such as TestRail to track and report on testing progress
• Set up testing environments for both desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA professionals to identify and resolve quality assurance bottlenecks and improve processes
• Ensure that all testing efforts align with best practices in enterprise software quality assurance
