Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.7+ years of experience in, security operations, integrations, product management, or related roles
- Proven success in SaaS, preferably in cybersecurity or a related industry

What the job involves
- As Director of Product Innovation, you will accelerate innovation in all business areas by rapidly transforming new ideas into testable prototypes and MVP releases
- In this role, you will lead the creation of functional prototypes, design integrations with third-party platforms, and build internal tools to enhance the efficiency of our Security Operations team
- Reporting to the VP of Product, you will play a key leadership role in experimenting with emerging technologies and translating innovative ideas into impactful product capabilities
- This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our executive protection and cybersecurity solutions while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
- As a process innovator, you will implement frameworks and tools to streamline workflows and ensure efficiency across the product lifecycle
- Prototype Development: Design, build, and iterate functional prototypes for new product features to validate concepts and accelerate product innovation
- Third-Party Integrations: Architect and implement integrations with external platforms, tools, and services to enhance product capabilities
- Internal Tools: Lead the creation of tools and systems to streamline and optimize the workflows of the Security Operations team
- Technology Exploration: Evaluate and experiment with emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Security Operations, to ensure alignment on goals and seamless project execution
- Leadership: Bridge the gap between product vision and execution, enabling the team to deliver innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs
