Who you are

We are seeking a visionary and technically exceptional Principal Software Developer to lead the architecture and product design of our next-generation AI-driven Trading Grid analytics platform
10–15 years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a principal or architecture-level role
Deep expertise in AI technologies, data engineering practices, and cloud‑native architectures
Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and tooling such as Snowflake, Databricks, Iceberg, Spark, BigQuery, Dataplex, and Gemini
Strong background in building large-scale distributed systems, ideally within supply chain, logistics, or enterprise analytics environments
Proficiency with streaming and orchestration technologies, including Kafka and Kubernetes, plus modern programming languages like Python, Java, or Scala
Demonstrated capability in pipeline development, data modeling, and working within medallion-architecture or similar data warehouse patterns
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive technical strategy across cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field
