Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and product design skills. B2B Product Design with a focus on web experience preferred
- Proficiency with Figma; Foundational CSS, HTML and Javascript a plus
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Autonomous and excited about taking ownership over major initiatives
- Extreme passion for learning, growth, and cross-functional collaboration
What the job involves
- Our technology powers firms who are running due diligence on billion-dollar deals or scouring decades of case law, who all rely on Hebbia to find unique and relevant results
- You will be on a team responsible for driving the design of our product. You will be an integral member of our Design team, working closely with cross-functional team members across engineering, product management, and customer engagement, to create user-centered designs
- Own the design of our product features and end-to-end user experience; ensuring that the product is intuitive, visually appealing, and meets the needs of our users
- Collaborate with your fellow product designers - as well as cross-functional teams - to define and implement design solutions that drive user engagement and satisfaction
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Contribute to the Design System and the overall design culture of Hebbia, bringing a constant focus on user needs and the way they inform the organization’s strategic objectives
